I cannot recommend this sewing shop enough. I was new to sewing and new to embroidery and David was so helpful in finding me the right machines for what I needed. I'm now running a successful home business and have had several sewing machines, embroidery machine and overlocker from David. Nothing is too much trouble and the customer service and support is just fantastic. Great prices and whatever you need is right there.

Fabulous shop. In middle of making curtain my faithful machine broke. I drove straight to this shop,with minutes to spare before closing. David was very helpful indeed. It was only 1 small part I needed. They didnt have the correct one but found me a substitute that worked. Great customer service David. I ll definitely be back. Thank you

Superb service - I am thrilled with the repair to the cam unit and service on my mum’s old Janome; it’s now like driving a Rolls compared to an old banger! What David doesn't know about sewing machines isn't worth knowing. He took the time to listen to what sewing I did and what things I wanted the machine to do before recommending several machines. No hard sell just knowkedgeable staff and exemplary customer service. We travel from Shropshire and would not go anywhere else. Excellent small business which I am happy to support.

The customer service I was given to help me choose my new machines was amazing. I was unsure of what I wanted. I wasn't given an opinion, I was asked questions to help me make the decisions and help me to decide what was best for me. There was no hard sell and no persuasion. It was really important to me that I made the right choice and having used the machines for a couple of months, I am very happy with my choice of machines. So very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

I've had a machine repaired here previously and had been very pleased with the service. Two weeks ago I saw David at the craft show and had a chat with him regarding upgrading my machine. I had no real idea what I wanted but David asked me about my sewing ambitions, what I liked and didn't like about my machine and recommended a Brother 1800. I have to say I am delighted with my purchase, the support and help offered in choosing my machine and post sale should I need it. I highly recommend D.C Nutt .

Fantastic service, provided advice on machine choice and I received my new overlocker the following day after ordering. I love my new machine and it was fantastic value, I'd shopped around and after a recommendation rang DC Nutt who had the machine I was after for the same price as I'd found it online but it had the bonus of extra feet compared to other retailers.
